Testimonials
Hiring Dr. Chandra as my PhD coach has truly been a game changer. I was paralyzed by fear, and desperately needed guidance. Within our first month of working together, I tackled the IRB and completed a draft of a full chapter. Dr. Chandra has gone out of her way for me, from sharing spot on literature to helping me efficiently map out drafts in time for deadlines. More importantly, she's helped me overcome my imposter system and get me laser focused on finishing the dissertation. Simply put, Dr. Chandra's support makes me feel unstoppable. If you are struggling in any way, at any stage of your dissertation, run - don't walk - to hire Dr. Chandra as your coach. You won't regret it!

Working with Komal Chandra has been a delightful experience. Watching her thought process of taking what was available, what was needed and making it happen was an incredible learning experience for me. She genuinely enjoys her work and commits to it 100%. The other part is her understanding and compassion. She walks the fine line of being the coordinator, and supervising multiple personality types, complex situations and having non bias decisions without coming across as insensitive and uncaring. She focused on mentoring each of her staff and making sure we grow personally and professionally. She is detail oriented, effective leader, amazing supervisor and a go-getter. I would highly recommend her.

I have been in awe of Komal's ability to command a room and get people on board with multiple ideas. As a leader & coach, she earns my highest recommendation.
